FREE · LFOTOOL ALTERNATIVE · VST3 / AU

A free LFOTool alternative that picks the pattern for you.

Xfer's LFOTool (~$50) is the classic 'draw a curve, it moves your volume, filter or pan' plugin. SCRAMBLE takes the same moves, pump, gate, filter sweep and pan, and has the cube pick them: every twist is a new pattern, often stacked with a second effect. No drawing, and it's free.

Questions

Can I draw my own shape?

No. SCRAMBLE's shapes come from fixed templates and the cube. If drawing curves is your thing, LFOTool is the better tool.

Is it free?

Yes. All 8 FX modes, the cube, the sequencer and 237 presets are free, no time limit. The $49 Bundle adds all 2,800 presets plus the full vocal chain.

Does it stay in time?

Yes. Every pattern locks to your DAW's tempo.

Does it work on Mac and Windows?

Yes. Mac gets VST3 and AU (Apple Silicon and Intel). Windows gets VST3 plus a standalone app. It loads in FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro and other DAWs. Not Pro Tools yet (no AAX).
