The underwater, slowed feel AFTER HOURS is built around.
Space
A long dark reverb and delay to push it back in the mix.

Questions
Is SCRAMBLE a free RC-20 alternative?
For the tape, vinyl, wobble and muffled lo-fi sound, yes. RC-20 gives you separate knobs for each module; SCRAMBLE picks the combination when you twist the cube, which is faster for finding a vibe.
Is it free?
Yes. AFTER HOURS and MORE FX are in the free version, with 237 presets. The $49 Bundle adds all 2,800 presets.
Can I keep it subtle?
Yes. MIX and INTENSITY bring it down, and many cube positions are gentle.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Mac gets VST3 and AU (Apple Silicon and Intel). Windows gets VST3 plus a standalone app. It loads in FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro and other DAWs. Not Pro Tools yet (no AAX).
