FREE · SHIMMER REVERB · VST3 / AU
A free shimmer reverb that turns keys into a halo.
Shimmer is reverb with a pitch shifter in the loop: every repeat climbs an octave, so a plain chord blooms into something huge and glassy. SCRAMBLE's SHIMMER does that for free, and every twist of the cube pairs it with something new: delay, chorus, a filter sweep or a freeze.

When a dedicated reverb is the better pick
- You want to dial size, damping and modulation by hand. Free reverbs like Valhalla Supermassive go much deeper on that.
We'd rather you use the right tool. If that's Shimmer reverbs, go for it.
How to get the sound.
- Put SCRAMBLE on keys, guitar, pads or a vocal and pick MORE FX.
- Open SHIMMER IT or twist until SHIMMER lights up.

Questions
How do I get the SHIMMER sound fast?
Pick MORE FX and open the SHIMMER IT preset folder: 12 presets where SHIMMER is the main effect (3 are in the free version, all 12 in the Bundle). Then twist the cube for more, and drag SHIMMER's bar in WHAT'S LIT to set how hard it hits.
Is it free?
Yes. All 8 FX modes, the cube, the sequencer and 237 presets are free, no time limit. The $49 Bundle adds all 2,800 presets plus the full vocal chain.
Will it wash out my mix?
Only if you want it to. MIX and the effect bar keep it subtle.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Mac gets VST3 and AU (Apple Silicon and Intel). Windows gets VST3 plus a standalone app. It loads in FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro and other DAWs. Not Pro Tools yet (no AAX).
