All sales are final. Everything we sell (the Bundle, preset packs and plugins) is a digital download with a license key sent by email right after checkout, so we can't take it back once it's delivered. Nothing is shipped and there are no returns.
Pre-orders (like MUTANT.) can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the release date. Email us before it comes out.
If something doesn't work, a key didn't arrive, or you were charged twice, email team@scrambleplugin.com and we'll sort it out. Payments are handled by Polar (merchant of record). Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, you still have it.
